What is included with identity theft protection on Greenlight Max, Infinity, and Family Shield?

Greenlight Max, Greenlight Infinity, and Greenlight Family Shield customers receive access to identity theft protection from our partners at Experian. These features include automatic security alerts, dark web monitoring, and identity restoration services for the whole family — at no extra cost.

How do I access my identity theft protection?

Once you upgrade to Greenlight Max, Greenlight Infinity, or Greenlight Family Shield, you’ll receive an activation email to finish enrolling for your identity theft protection services with Experian.

Already activated your identity theft protection? Log into the Experian portal here

Be sure to use the same username and password you created when enrolling with Experian. This may or may not be the same as your Greenlight login details. 

You can also access both your unique enrollment link and the Experian login page directly from your Greenlight app. 

1. Navigate to your settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right of your Dashboard 
2. Tap ‘Coverage’ 
3. Tap ‘identity theft protection’ 
4. Follow the prompts to enroll
