The Primary Accountholder can change or upgrade your Greenlight account to a new plan by following the steps below!
If you’d like to change your plan to or from our Greenlight Safe Family plan, please give our team a call at 888-483-2645 for assistance.
To change or upgrade your plan in the app:
- Open your Greenlight app
- Tap the settings gear icon in the top right of your home dashboard
- Tap "Account"
- Tap “Change” next to your current plan’s title
- From this page, you can swipe to the plan you'd like to switch to and tap the “Downgrade to” or “Upgrade to” button at the bottom of that plan’s page
