Can the second parent/Authorized Approver place trades or approve/decline trade requests?

Only the Primary Accountholder can place trades from a trade request or decline trade requests, but both the Primary Accountholder and Authorized Approver can approve Invest funding requests (moving money to and from "Cash to Invest").

Authorized Approvers can also not place trades within the Primary Accountholder’s “Investing for Parents” module.
