Can the second parent/approver place trades or approve/decline trade requests?

Only the Primary Accountholder can place trades from a trade request or decline trade requests, but both the Primary Accountholder and secondary approver can approve Invest funding requests (moving money to and from "Cash to Invest").

Secondary approvers can also not place trades within the primary parent’s “Investing for Parents” module.
