When an account/card becomes out of balance, it is most likely due to a pending charge. If you noticed your account being out of balance, please check to see if you have a recent pending purchase.
Pending charges can take 3-5 business days to fully process depending on how transactions are batched out for that particular company. If the pending charge is still on your child or older adult's card after 5 business days please let us know. We will be happy to look into it for you.
If you think your account is out of balance but are not seeing any pending charges, please let us know. Usually in this case the card just needs to be reconciled, and we can help with that too!
