How can my teens view and manage their Family Cash Card in their app?

First, make sure you’ve added your teen as an authorized user by following these steps. 

When you receive their Family Cash Card in the mail, you can activate it in your Greenlight app or they can activate their card in the Greenlight app - just make sure they’re on the latest version. 

Once they’ve activated their Family Cash Card, they can start using it to make purchases online, or in person, with contactless and chip-enabled transactions. 

They will be able to view their monthly spending limit (if you’ve set one up) and progress towards their monthly spending limit in their app.

They can also lock/unlock their card by clicking on the gear in the top right hand corner of the image of the card and clicking on ‘lock/unlock’.
