If you return something you bought with your Greenlight card, the refund will go right back to where the money came from — either your Spend Anywhere balance or the Spend Control for that specific store.
Don’t see the refund show up?
We recommend reaching out to the merchant directly to check on the status. They’ll be able to confirm when the refund was processed! Once they’re able to process your refund, you should see those funds returned within 3-5 business days.
If you do not see the funds transferred back to your account, try contacting the merchant directly to resolve this issue.
