After a Greenlight investment account is closed, the Primary Accountholder can access the investment account information by following the steps below:
1. Download the Greenlight app on your device
2. Login with your previous Greenlight credentials
3. Tap ‘View your tax documents.’ This will take you to the Tax documents screen that shows each profile on your account.
4. Tap through each profile to see if you have tax documents.
