Do Greenlight fees include sales tax?

Greenlight monthly fees, custom cards and expedited shipping fees do not include sales tax, but sales tax may apply in addition to the fees.  

If sales tax applies, it is added to the fees and listed separately on your monthly invoice or during the card check out. Monthly fees, custom cards and expedited shipping may be subject to sales tax in some states (governed by your state’s sales tax laws).  Tax rates can vary by country, state, territory and city, and are based on the applicable rate at the time of your charge and your billing address. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements.
