How to add or remove an older adult from your Greenlight Family Shield account?

The Greenlight Family Shield plan allows up to  two older adults on your account at any given time. To ensure that the older adult(s) in your family can begin using the benefits of the Greenlight Family Shield plan, please make sure they have a mobile phone number that can be linked to their profile.

How can I add an older adult to my account?

  1. Log in to your Greenlight app
  2. Tap the settings gear from your Family Dashboard in the top right corner
  3. Tap ‘Family’ and select ‘Add an older adult’
  4. Fill in the older adult’s information and then tap the ‘Add an older adult’ button

Once you’ve created their profile, they can then download the Greenlight app onto their own mobile device, sign in using their phone number, and complete their profile!

How can I remove an older adult from my account?

If you would like to remove an older adult from your Greenlight account, please send us a text at (404) 974-3024 or give us a call at (888) 483-2645 

 

Note: If you change plans, your older adults will be removed from the Greenlight account. If you decide to join the Greenlight Family Shield plan again, you will need to re-add them.
