What are the 'pending loads' in my Parent's Wallet?

If you see ‘pending loads’ in your Parent's Wallet, that means that you’ve initiated a load from your debit card or bank account that is not yet available in your Parent's Wallet.

There are 2 possible causes:

  1. These are loads from a debit card or bank account that has yet to be verified. Here's how you can verify your funding source. 
  2. For security purposes, in some cases (for example if you've had a load be declined because of insufficient funds), you have to wait 3 to 4 business days before funds become available in your Parent's Wallet.

If you do not see these deposits within 4 business days, please contact your banking service provider directly and have them take a look at the status of your bank account and your transfer.
