What do I do if my child’s card doesn't arrive?

Once you complete registration, your card should arrive by USPS mail within 7-10 business days. 

If your physical card has not arrived within 11 business days, please send us a message re-confirming your correct shipping address at support@greenlight.com and our team will be happy to take a look into your account and re-issue your card. We offer one free replacement card. Any subsequent replacement cards you might need will be $3.50 each.
