What do I do if my child’s card doesn't arrive?

Once you complete registration, your card should arrive by USPS mail within 7-10 business days. From the Greenlight app, you can see when your debit card is estimated to arrive. For more information on how to view this, please click here

If your Greenlight card has not arrived within 11 business days, please send us a message re-confirming your correct shipping address at support@greenlight.com and our team will be happy to take a look into your account and re-issue your card. We offer one free replacement card. Any subsequent replacement cards you might need will be $3.50 each.

Please note that a ‘business day’ is considered to be any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
