How can I void a transaction?

If you've initiated a transfer to your Greenlight Wallet and need to cancel it, you can void same-day loads directly from the app!

How do I void a pending transfer?

To void a pending transfer, please follow these steps from your Greenlight app:

1. Tap the "Greenlight Wallet" on your dashboard to view your Greenlight Wallet transaction "History"
2. Tap the transfer you would like to cancel from the "Pending transactions" section
3. Tap "Cancel"

After voiding your transaction, you’ll receive an in-app pop-up notification confirming that your cancellation request has been received and is processing!

What happens after voiding a transfer?

Once the transfer is successfully voided the transaction will move to the "Posted" section of your Greenlight Wallet transaction history and will now be labeled as “Declined” or “Cancelled” in the app.

Why did voiding my transfer fail?

In some rare cases, your cancellation might fail due to a processing error. Not to worry! If this happens you'll receive a notification on your device letting you know that we were unable to cancel your load.

As soon as the original load settles, we’ll automatically start your refund. You can expect the money back in your account within 5–7 business days!
