Can I use face or fingerprint recognition to open my app?

All Greenlight users can use their phone number/username and password to log into the Greenlight app. However, Greenlight offers a 2nd verification option to open the app using face or fingerprint recognition. Depending on your device, opting in to this additional security setting will prompt either face or fingerprint recognition each time you try to open the app.

To enable:

1. Open your Greenlight app
2. Navigate to your Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right of your Dashboard
3. Tap “Security”
4. Toggle on or off "Face ID”
