Can I ship my Greenlight card to a different address?

Absolutely! There may be times when you need a card shipped somewhere other than the address we have on file — and you can update the shipping address right from your Greenlight app when ordering a replacement card or a custom card.

How do I update the shipping address for a replacement card?

You'll have the option to edit the shipping address on the order review screen during the replacement flow. Here's how:

  1. Tap the cardholder's profile in your Greenlight app
  2. Tap "Manage [first name's] debit card"
  3. Tap "Replace a damaged, lost, or stolen card"
  4. Select your replacement reason — damaged, lost, or stolen
  5. Swipe through the card style options and choose your replacement card style
  6. Tap "Select"
  7. On the order review screen, tap "Edit" next to the shipping address
  8. Tap "Edit address" and fill out the updated shipping details
  9. Tap "Use this address"
  10. Review your delivery details and tap "Confirm" to place the order

Important: Once your order has been placed, the shipping address can't be changed — so be sure to double-check everything before confirming.

Where can Greenlight cards be shipped?

Greenlight accounts must have a valid residential address within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) on file as the primary mailing address.

What shipping addresses are supported?

When replacing a card, you can ship to any of the following:

  • All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • PO Boxes
  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)

Can I ship outside the United States?

At this time, Greenlight cards can only be shipped within the United States. Unfortunately this means we're unable to ship to Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or non-U.S. military bases. If you have questions about your address or need help with shipping options, give us a call at 888-483-2645 and we'll be happy to help!
