Can I ship my Greenlight card to a different address?

Absolutely! We understand that there might be times when you need your Greenlight card shipped to a different address than the one we have on file for you. That's why we've made it easy! 

You can change the shipping address right from your app when you're ordering a replacement card or a custom card. Just follow the simple steps below:

  1. Tap the profile for the child or older adult’s card you’d like to replace
  2. Tap “Manage [First name]’s debit card
  3. Tap “Replace a damaged, lost, or stolen card” or “Order a custom card
  4. Select whether the card is damaged, lost or stolen
  5. Review the card that will be shipped and tap “Continue
  6. Here, you can tap “Edit” to edit the shipping address. 
    • Tap “Edit address” and fill out the “Edit Shipping Address” page 
    • Tap  “Use this address
  7. Confirm your delivery address and tap “Continue
  8. Tap “Place order

Once your order has been placed, please note that the shipping date can’t be changed, so be sure to double-check your address and shipping preference before completing your order.

Where can Greenlight cards be shipped?

Greenlight accounts must have a valid residential address within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) on file as the Primary mailing address.

However, when replacing a card, you can update the Shipping address to be shipped to:

  • All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • PO Boxes
  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)

At this time, residential addresses and shipping addresses cannot be located outside of the United States, including Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or non-U.S. military bases.
