- Tap “Manage [First name]’s debit card”
- Tap “Replace a damaged, lost, or stolen card” or “Order a custom card”
- Select whether the card is damaged, lost or stolen
- Review the card that will be shipped and tap “Continue”
- Here, you can tap “Edit” to edit the shipping address.
- Tap “Edit address” and fill out the “Edit Shipping Address” page
- Tap “Use this address”
- Confirm your delivery address and tap “Continue”
- Tap “Place order”
Once your order has been placed, please note that the shipping date can’t be changed, so be sure to double-check your address and shipping preference before completing your order.
Where can Greenlight cards be shipped?
Greenlight accounts must have a valid residential address within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) on file as the Primary mailing address.
However, when replacing a card, you can update the Shipping address to be shipped to:
- All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- PO Boxes
- U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)
At this time, residential addresses and shipping addresses cannot be located outside of the United States, including Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or non-U.S. military bases.
If you have questions about your address or need help with shipping options, please give us a call at 888-483-2645 and we’ll be happy to assist.
