Can I ship my Greenlight card to a different address?

Absolutely! We understand that there might be times when you need your Greenlight card shipped to a different address than the one we have on file for you. That's why we've made it easy! 

You can change the shipping address right from your app when you're ordering a replacement card or a custom card. Just follow the simple steps below:

  1. Tap the profile for the child or older adult’s card you’d like to replace
  2. Tap “Manage [First name]’s debit card”
  3. Tap “Replace a damaged, lost, or stolen card” or “Order a custom card”
  4. Select whether the card is damaged, lost or stolen
  5. Review the card that will be shipped and tap “Continue”
  6. Here, you can edit the shipping address. Fill out the “Edit Shipping Address” page and tap “Use this address”
  7. Confirm your delivery address and tap “Continue”
  8. Tap “Place order”
