As the Primary Accountholder, you can view and download your account statements right from the Greenlight app! You can generate statements for your Greenlight Wallet, your child’s account, or an older adult’s account, going back up to 24 months. Important: some things like pending, declined or failed transactions, as well as money moved in or out of an investing account, won’t show up on these statements.
Follow these simple steps to view or download your statements:
- Tap on the Setting gear from the Home dashboard of your app
- Tap “Accounts”
- Tap “Account statements”
- Tap “Generate new statement” and select the start and end date for the statement you need
- Tap “Generate statement”
Once you generate an account statement, it will populate in the “Past generated statements” section of your “Account statements”. To download an account statement, select the generated statement from your list and tap the export icon in the top right corner!
Can I generate a statement for specific spending categories?
No. Account statements are generated for your whole family account and include all activity during your selected date range.
Each statement is organized by the Greenlight Wallet (Primary’s account), each cardholder’s account, and shows all the transactions moving money into and out of those accounts.
At this time, statements cannot be generated for individual Spending Categories or Spend Controls (such as Spend Anywhere, Savings, Restaurants, etc.) separately.
Can I access statements after closing my account?
If your Greenlight account has been closed or deactivated, you will no longer be able to access account statements in the app.
