How do I change my password?

You can change your password easily within your Greenlight app! Here's how:
1) Navigate to your Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right of your Parent Dashboard
2) Tap "Account" then select Change password
4) Enter your current password and then create and confirm a new password
5) Tap “Save” or “Change Password” to save your new password

If you forgot your password and are logged in:
1) Navigate to your Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right of your Parent Dashboard
2) Tap "Account" then select Change password
4) Tap “Forgot your password?” located near the bottom of the screen, and we will send a reset password link to your email address. Remember to access this link on your mobile phone, as it will guide you back to your app to set up a new password.

 

If you forgot your password and are logged out of the app:
1) Open your Greenlight App.
2) Tap "Sign in" (beneath the phone number entry field.)
3) Enter the phone number or user name for your account and tap "Next."
4) Tap "Forgot password" beneath the "Sign in" button.
5) Enter the email associated with your account and tap "Reset Password."

We will send a reset password link to your email address. Remember to access this link on your mobile phone, as it will guide you back to your app to set up a new password.
