What do I do if I get a new phone or phone number?

Got a new phone or changed your phone number? You’ll need to update the phone number saved on your Greenlight profile so you can continue logging in and accessing your Greenlight app.

The steps to update your phone number depend on which family member’s phone number has changed.

Updating the Primary Accountholder or Authorized Approver’s phone number

If the Primary Accountholder or Approver has a new phone number, you can update it from your profile in the Greenlight app.
