What do I do if I get a new phone or phone number?

If your child has a new phone or phone number, it’s easy to update it in the Greenlight app! 

1. 1. Tap the profile of the child you’d like to change or add the phone number for
   2. Tap “Profile”
   3. Tap “Personal information”
   4. Tap “Mobile number” to update their existing number or Tap “Add” to add a mobile number for the first time
   5. Enter in your password to verify your account and tap “Submit”
   6. Enter the mobile number, and tap ”Save”
