Online Identity Protection is available on the Family Shield plan and is not turned on automatically.
How do I activate Online Identity Protection?
To activate:
- Log in to your Greenlight app
- Tap the “Accounts" tab at the bottom of your screen
- Under Identity Protection, tap “Activate” to turn on Identity Protection
- Tap “Activate identity protection”
- Review the Terms of Service, then tap “Acknowledge & continue”
Once activated, the Online Identity Monitoring tile will show an Active status.
Managing Identity Protection for Children
Online Identity Protection for children is managed by the Primary Accountholder.
Children won’t see this feature in their app. The Primary can activate monitoring, update protected information, and review alerts on their behalf from the Primary’s app.
How do I view my Online Identity Protection?
- Tap the “Accounts” tab
- If reviewing a family member’s account, tap their name at the top of your screen
- Tap the “Online identity monitoring” tile
- Here, you can review your monitored information and any identity alerts
How do I edit, add, or remove Monitored Information?
To update your monitored information:
- Tap the “Accounts” tab in your Greenlight app
- If reviewing a family member’s account, tap their name at the top of your screen
- Tap “Online identity monitoring”
- Tap “See Monitored Information”
- Add, adjust, or remove details from the “Protected Information” page
