If your DriveWealth tax document shows an incorrect name or an old address, you can update your information directly in the DriveWealth Client Portal.

How do I update my information in the DriveWealth portal?

You can update your name and address by logging into the DriveWealth Client Portal.

To update your information

  1. Go to the DriveWealth portal:
    https://client.drivewealth.com/auth/SignIn
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Greenlight account
  3. Check your email for a one-time login link from
    clientverification@drivewealth.com
    (Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)
  4. Once logged in, go to "User Info" and select "Learn More"
  5. Next to "Basic Info", tap "Edit"
  6. Update your information and save your changes
