If your DriveWealth tax document shows an incorrect name or an old address, you can update your information directly in the DriveWealth Client Portal.
Once your information is updated, you’ll be able to generate and download a new tax document with the correct details.
How do I update my information in the DriveWealth portal?
You can update your name and address by logging into the DriveWealth Client Portal.
To update your information
- Go to the DriveWealth portal:
https://client.drivewealth.com/auth/SignIn - Enter the email address associated with your Greenlight account
- Check your email for a one-time login link from
clientverification@drivewealth.com
(Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.) - Once logged in, go to "User Info" and select "Learn More"
- Next to "Basic Info", tap "Edit"
- Update your information and save your changes
How do I download an updated tax document?
After updating your information, you can generate a new document directly in the portal.
At the top of the DriveWealth portal, you’ll see options to download:
- Statements
- Confirmations
- Tax forms
Select your tax form to download the updated version.
Can I do this if I no longer have access to the Greenlight app?
Yes. You can still access your DriveWealth account and update your information using the portal, even if you no longer have access to the Greenlight app.
