Can my child move money out of Savings and into Spending without my approval?

To start, kids must have their parents approve of money being moved out of Savings and into Spending. However, parents can choose to toggle off this approval step if they would like to.

1. Open your Greenlight app and navigate to your Child's Dashboard.
2. Tap “Edit profile” in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your child’s Settings and toggle “Money transfers" settings to ON.

When this is toggled on, kids are able to freely move money out of Savings and into Spending without needing to request for approval first.
