Who can I add as an authorized user?

If you're on version 5.10 or later of the Greenlight app, you can easily add any of your Greenlight family members - approvers or kids - as authorized users to your Family Cash Card from the Greenlight app. 

You can also add someone new (who isn't in your Greenlight family) by clicking on 'Add someone new' below the photos of your family.
