How can I cancel a payment to my Family Cash Card

  1. Open your Greenlight app and navigate to your credit homepage by clicking on the Family Cash Card tile in your parent dashboard.
  2. You should see the details of any upcoming scheduled payment (one-time or autopay) next to the ‘Pay more’ button
  3. Click on ‘Pay more’. 
  4. Confirm you’d like to cancel your upcoming payment on the pop-up
