If your child or older adult’s card has been lost or stolen, and/or you want to freeze their card activity:
- Navigate to their dashboard.
- Tap on the arrow next to “Manage Card” to open their card management page.
- Use the toggle for ‘Lock card’ to turn their card on or off, and you’ll see a pop up asking you to confirm your choice.

Please note: Kids and older adults can turn their cards off and turn them back on without the accountholder’s approval within the Greenlight app. However, kids and older adults CANNOT turn their cards back on if the accountholder first turned the card off.
When a card is marked as lost or stolen, the replacement card that is shipped will have a completely different 16 digit number, expiration date, and CVV than the previous card. The 16 digit number, expiration date, and CVV are changed to prevent any unauthorized transactions on the lost or stolen card
