If your child or older adult's purchase gets declined, double check these things:

Did you make the purchase at a store that is compliant with Greenlight's Terms of Service? Remember, certain transactions will not be approved with the Greenlight card.
Learn more about places the Greenlight card cannot be used here - Did you have a Spend Control set for that particular store or category? Did it have sufficient funding to cover the purchase amount?
- Did you have enough money in your Spend Anywhere account that could be used to cover the purchase amount?
- Do you have the "Pull overages from Spend Anywhere" toggle turned ON for Spending Categories?
- Did you receive an additional notification regarding the decline, requesting confirmation? Double check the notifications in your app. This article will help if you do have an additional confirmation notification!
