What do I do if my child's debit card doesn't arrive?
If your Greenlight card has not arrived within 11 business days, please send us a message re-confirming your correct shipping address by filling out this form here. Our team will be happy to take a look into your account and re-issue your card. We offer one free replacement card. Any subsequent replacement cards you might need will be $3.50 each.
How long does it take for my child's debit card to arrive?
Once you complete registration, your card should arrive by USPS mail within 7-10 business days. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your card to arrive in 2-3 business days, please call our customer support team at 888-483-2645 within 12 hours of signing up. You can request to have your shipping expedited for a one-time fee of $24.99.
How can I see in the app when my Greenlight card is going to arrive?
- Open your Greenlight app and select which child you’d like to view.
- Tap “Manage Card” from your child’s dashboard.
- At the top of your child’s card management hub you will see the option to view the card status.
- Once your card hits the “Shipped” state, you should see a date range populate for when your card is estimated to arrive.
*Please note that a ‘business day’ is considered to be any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
