If you’re having trouble getting your purchase verification code sent to your phone number, there are a couple of things you’ll want to double-check!
- The phone number you have on file for your Greenlight account is the phone number that the merchant will attempt to send your verification code to, so it’s important to make sure that the phone number we have for you is up to date.
- If you don’t currently have a phone number on file with us, your verification code will be sent to the Primary Accountholder. If that’s the case, you will want to reach out to them so that they can confirm the code for you.
