What are the shipping options for my Safe Family Device and how do I track it?

Excited to get your Safe Family Device? We get it — waiting can be the hardest part. Here’s what you need to know about how we ship, when your device should arrive, and how to keep an eye on it along the way.

How long will it take for my device to arrive and how can I track it?

If you choose standard shipping, your Safe Family Device will arrive via USPS ground shipping within 2-5 business days.

If you choose expedited shipping, your Safe Family Device will arrive via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with all of your tracking details!

Can I cancel my Safe Family Device order?

If you'd like to cancel your order and request a refund before it ships, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@greenlight.me as soon as possible and we’d be happy to assist! In your email, please include:

  • The order number
  • The email used to place the order

All cancellation refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. If you do not see your refund within this period, please contact our support team so we can take a look for you.

Important: Once your order has shipped, unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for further guidance.

Can I change my shipping method if I’ve already placed my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and paid for, there is no way to change the shipping method. 

What do I do if my device doesn’t arrive on time?

If you don’t receive your Safe Family Device within the expected timeframes of your scheduled delivery date, please contact our Greenlight support team at support@greenlight.me so we can take a look!

  • If the tracking for your device shows the package was not delivered, we will reship your order free of charge, or we’d be happy to issue you a full refund.
  • If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we’ll ask you to file a police report and send us a copy, for us to reship your order free of charge. 

For your own security, we may deactivate the missing Safe Family Device so that it cannot be used by anyone else.
