How do I remove my funding source?

Removing your funding source is easy and you can take care of it right from your Greenlight app! 

1. Select the settings gear from the top right corner of your home dashboard
2. Tap “Account”
3. Tap “Funding”
4. Tap “Funding sources”
5. Tap the funding source that you would like to remove
6. Tap “Remove funding source”
7. Tap “Remove” to confirm you would like to remove this funding source

• The Primary Accountholder can remove any funding source on the account.
• Approvers can only remove a funding source they personally added from their Greenlight app.

Why don’t I see an option to remove my funding source?

The Primary Accountholder must always maintain at least one active funding source on file. Because of this, the app won’t allow you to remove the only active funding source — whether it’s yours or an Approver’s.
