No phone number? No problem! Your child does not need a phone number to use Greenlight.
Children can log in to the Greenlight app using the username and password created when their profile was added to your account.

How can I find my child’s username?
If your child doesn’t remember their username, you can view it in the Greenlight app.
To find your child’s username
- Log in to your Greenlight app
- Tap your child’s dashboard
- Tap "Profile"
- Tap "Personal information"
Here you’ll be able to see your child’s username and all other profile details!
How does my child log in to the Greenlight app?
Once you have your child’s username, they can log in to the Greenlight app from their device.
To log in to the Greenlight app
- Open the Greenlight app on your child’s device
- Tap "Log in"
- Enter your child’s username or phone number
- If a phone number is saved on your child’s profile, they should log in using their phone number instead of their username.
- Enter their password
- Tap "Log in"
Your child can then use their username and password to log in to the child version of the Greenlight app!
Note: An email address may be added to your child’s profile for password recovery purposes only. It is not used to log in to the Greenlight app.
