Need to make a change to your child’s profile? You can update your child’s information right in the Greenlight app.

In this article, you’ll learn how to update your child’s:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Username
• Email address

How to update your child’s name

You can update your child’s profile details from their dashboard in the Greenlight app.

To update your child’s name

1. Log in to your Greenlight app
2. Tap your child’s dashboard
3. Tap "Profile"
4. Tap "Personal information"
5. Tap “Name”
6. Enter your password to verify your account
7. Update your child’s name
8. Tap "Save"

How to update your child’s date of birth

You can also update your child’s date of birth from the same "Personal information" section.

To update your child’s date of birth

1. Log in to your Greenlight app
2. Tap your child’s dashboard
3. Tap "Profile"
4. Tap "Personal information"
5. Tap “Birthday”
6. Enter your password to verify your account
7. Update your child’s date of birth
8. Tap "Save"

How to update your child’s phone number

If your child has a new phone number, or you want to add one for the first time, you can update it in your Greenlight app.

To update your child’s phone number

1. Log in to your Greenlight app
2. Tap your child’s dashboard
3. Tap "Profile"
4. Tap "Personal information"
5. Tap "Mobile number" to update an existing number, or tap "Add" to add one for the first time
6. Enter your password and tap "Submit"
7. Enter the phone number
8. Tap "Save"

If you need to update your child’s username, you can do it right from their profile in the Greenlight app.

To update your child’s username

You can add or update your child’s email address from their profile in the app.
