My child doesn’t have a phone number, how can they log in to see Greenlight?

Your child doesn’t need a phone number to use Greenlight! They can download the Greenlight app on their app-enabled device,like a phone or iPad, and sign in to see their balance, check off chores, and make account requests, all with their own login.

Children access their Greenlight account by signing in with the username and password that you added to their profiles when they were added to your account.

How to find your child’s username

If your child doesn’t remember their username or password, you can view or update their information in the Greenlight app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Greenlight app
  2. Navigate to your child’s dashboard
  3. Tap “Profile
  4. Tap “Personal information
  5. Here, you can view your child’s username and other account information
  6. Tap into each section to edit any of their information
  7. Verify your identity by entering your password
  8. Tap “Save” if you make any changes

Your child can then use their username and password to log in to the child version of the Greenlight app!

Note: An email address may be added to your child’s profile for password recovery purposes only. It is not used to log in to the Greenlight app.
