How do I order a Greenlight debit card for an older adult?

You can order a Greenlight debit card for an older adult directly from your Greenlight app! You’ll be able to choose between a standard card or a custom card, preview the design, and review your order before placing it. 

Here’s how to get started:

1. From the Home dashboard, select the older adult’s profile
2. Tap “Get a Greenlight debit card”
3. Choose “Create a custom card” or “Get a standard card”
4. Preview what the card will look like, then tap “Continue”
5. On the Review Order page, confirm the order details 
6. You can also edit the payment method or shipping address before tapping “Confirm order”
