Why Do I See Two Different Credit Scores in My App?
You may occasionally see two different credit scores in your Greenlight app. This is normal and happens because they update on different schedules.
Here’s why:
- The score shown under “Credit Protection” on your “Accounts” tab reflects your most recently updated score, including changes that may have occurred since your last credit report was generated.
- When you tap into your Credit Overview, the score displayed there comes from your most recent credit report, which is refreshed every 30 days.
If your credit score changes between credit report cycles, you will see the most recently updated score at the top of your Credit Overview, along with the date of that update.
Because these refresh at different times, it’s normal for the two scores to occasionally differ.
