Greenlight Family Hub: Shipping, delivery & order tracking

Your Family Hub is on its way! This article will cover everything you need to know about shipping timeframes, tracking your order, and what to do if something doesn't go as planned.

Please keep in mind that all Family Hub orders will begin being shipped mid July 2026.

Where can I buy a Family Hub?

You can purchase our Family Hub device in our Greenlight Shopify store! Both the 10.1-inch and 15.6-inch models are available and you can purchase the device on its own or bundle it with a Family Hub Plus annual plan at a discounted rate!

Our 15.6-inch models are also available for purchase on Amazon if you prefer to pay for your subscription plan monthly vs annually.

What are the shipping options?

All Family Hub orders will be shipped via standard shipping. Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped! 

What happens after I place my order? How do I track it?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. 

When your Family Hub ships, keep an eye out for a second email with the subject line "Your Greenlight Family Hub Device is on the way!" — tap "View order" within the email to see your order details and a tracking number linked directly to your shipment's latest status. That's the easiest way to follow along as your Hub makes its way to you!

Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact Greenlight Support with your order information and we'll help track it down for you.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your Family Hub still hasn't shown up, here's what to do:

  1. Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email for the latest update
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order was entered correctly
  3. If you don't receive your device within the scheduled delivery date, please reach out to our Greenlight support team at support@greenlight.me — we'll help sort it out
