How can I see my family member’s location?

To check a family member’s location: 

1. Scroll down on your home dashboard to your ‘Safety’ tile with a purple shield icon 
2. From here, you can tap each family member’s name to view their last known location 

In some app versions+, you will find the ‘Safety’ tab at the bottom of the screen:

2. From here, you can tap each family member’s name to view their last known location

Not seeing a family member’s location?

• Set up family location sharing on each of your Greenlight apps and each of your devices 
• Check that device location settings are set to ‘always’ allow location sharing. 
• Make sure all family members have allowed each other to access their location
