Why is my family member’s location not updating when viewing their location?

When viewing a family member’s location, Greenlight will show the user’s most recent or current location.

 

To refresh or update a family member’s location:

1. Exit your ‘Safety’ hub

2. Then return to the ‘Safety’ hub 

3. Tap the user you wish to view again

This should show their latest location. Their last location time and date should show above the map. Note: If the user you are looking at has deactivated ‘Location Sharing’ on their device, you will only be able to see their last live location.
