How can I order a Greenlight Custom Card? Or get a new custom card with a different picture?

A Custom Card is a great way for your child's personality to shine on their debit card with an image that means the most to them.

If you'd like to order a Custom Card for $9.99, follow the prompt in the notification section of your Parent Dashboard.

If you don’t see a notification, or you’d like to order a new Custom Card:

1. From your child’s dashboard, tap on the debit card icon next to “Manage Card” to open their card management page.
2. Select “Order a custom card.”
3. Follow the steps to order your new card.
4. Once you have chosen an image you want to use, select a funding option to cover the $9.99 charge, then tap “Confirm Order.”

A few things to keep in mind as you’re ordering Custom Cards for your kids:

• • All images must meet our image guidelines.
  • Our image approval process may take up to 24 hours after a photo has been uploaded and submitted.
  • If your image is rejected, you may upload a new photo for approval within the Custom Card page you used to place your original order. You won't be charged for your Custom Card until after your image is approved.
  • Once your card image is approved, we’ll start creating your custom card right away, it should arrive within 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
  • When ordering your Custom Card, you'll also be presented with the chance to choose expedited shipping for an additional $24.99, which will result in your Custom Card arriving within 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays.)
