How can I order a Greenlight Custom Card? Or get a new custom card with a different picture?

A Custom Card is a great way for your family member's personality to shine on their debit card with an image that means the most to them! 

If you’re ordering a debit card for an older adult for the first time, you can follow the steps outlined in this article to get started.

If you'd like to order a Custom Card for $9.99 plus applicable taxes, follow these steps: 

1. From their dashboard, tap “Manage [first name’s] debit card” to open their card management page
2. Select “Order a custom card”
3. Follow the steps to order your new card
4. Once you have chosen an image you want to use, select a payment method to cover the $9.99 charge, review the shipping address, and choose the shipping speed 
5. Tap “Confirm Order”

A few things to keep in mind as you’re ordering Custom Cards:

• All images must meet our image guidelines.
• Our image approval process may take up to 24 hours after a photo has been uploaded and submitted.
• You will be charged when the order is placed. If your image is rejected, you can continue to try again with a different image until the image is approved. 
• Once your card image is approved, we’ll start creating your custom card right away, it should arrive within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
• When ordering your Custom Card, you'll also be presented with the choice of expedited shipping for an additional $24.99 plus applicable taxes. When expedited, your card should arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
• When their card arrives in the mail, the envelope will be addressed to them
