Once your Greenlight card arrives, you’ll find all of your card details right on the back of the card — including the full card number, expiration date, and CVV code!
Can I get access to my card information before my card arrives?
For the security of your Greenlight account, we are not able to provide your full Greenlight card information before the physical card arrives.
Our Customer Service team only has access to the last 4 digits of your card number and the expiration date to help identify your card if you need assistance. Full card details are never visible in the Greenlight app and are only accessible on the physical card itself.
Can I use my Greenlight card before it arrives?
Yes! In many cases, you don’t have to wait for the physical card to arrive to start using it.
If you recently ordered a new Greenlight card — whether during registration or as a replacement card — you may have the option to add it to your mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay) right away.
When you order a card in the app, you may be able to send the cardholder a notification inviting them to add the card to their mobile wallet. Once it’s added, they can begin making purchases immediately, no waiting required!
There’s no need to manually enter the physical card details during this process. Everything is securely handled within the app.
