We will then provide a form for you to file an official dispute and will notify you of any further steps to move forward.
How do I get more information after filing a dispute?
Once you file your dispute, you will receive a message via email or mail within 90 business days to update you on the status of your claim, which is the standard amount of time a merchant is given to respond to a dispute.
