Identity and credit protection

Staying on top of your credit and protecting your personal information has never been easier. Available on Greenlight Max, Greenlight Infinity, and Greenlight Family Shield:

• Credit monitoring: View your TransUnion credit score, access your credit report, and receive alerts about key changes to your credit file. Family Shield customers get expanded 3-bureau monitoring (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) and the ability to lock and unlock their TransUnion credit file
• Online Identity Protection: Monitors your personal information and alerts you if it appears in a data breach or on the dark web

Account monitoring

Keep tabs on your finances across all your accounts, not just Greenlight. Available on Greenlight Family Shield:

• External Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts held at other financial institutions and receive alerts for suspicious activity to help detect fraud and prevent losses

Insurance coverage

Family Shield includes premium coverage to help your family respond to threats quickly. Available on Greenlight Family Shield:

• Identity Theft Coverage: Coverage up to $1 million in identity restoration costs for you and your family
• Deceptive Transfer Insurance Coverage: Reimbursement for eligible scam-related losses up to $100,000 for accounts linked for account monitoring

Device and purchase protection

Accidents happen — and we've got you covered when they do. Available on Greenlight Max, Greenlight Infinity, and Greenlight Family Shield:

• Cell Phone Protection: Coverage for damaged, lost, or stolen phones for up to five kids
• Purchase Protection: Repair or replacement for eligible Greenlight purchases that are stolen or damaged

In-app safety features

Stay connected to the people you love, no matter where they are. Available on Greenlight Infinity and Greenlight Family Shield — no additional device needed:

• Family Location Sharing: Switch on location sharing to stay connected with your family
• SOS Alerts (in-app): Send an alert to emergency contacts, 911, or both with one swipe
• Crash Detection: Your app will automatically dispatch 911 when a crash is detected

Greenlight Safety Device

For family members who may not always carry a phone — including kids, pets, and older adults — the Greenlight Safety Device adds another layer of protection. Compatible with Greenlight Safe Family, Core, Max, Infinity, and Family Shield plans:

• SOS Alerts (device-based): Send an SOS alert directly from the Safety Device to family members on your Greenlight account
• Enhanced Location Updates: Regular location updates at intervals you choose, from every 1 to 10 minutes
• Place Alerts: Define virtual boundaries for specific locations — like home, school, or the park — and get notified when the device enters or leaves
• Fall Detection: Sends an alert to chosen contacts if a potential fall is detected
• Pet Mode: Enable location tracking for pets
